Our Highlights in Germany

This year, ewimed Germany had a strong focus on growth and further development:

Opening of the new logistics center in Hechingen: With 3,000 m² of space and state-of-the-art infrastructure, we can now make supplies even more efficient.
Start of the office building directly next to the new logistics center: The new building will offer space for over 200 employees and room for exchange and innovation.
100th employee in Hechingen and over 500 employees across Europe: These milestones demonstrate our steady growth – both regionally and internationally.

Our new structures in Germany enable us to respond even more quickly and flexibly to the needs of hospitals, medical facilities and patients.

Further developments and goals

In addition to the national progress, we were able to open up new international markets, including Norway and the Benelux countries. In Switzerland, the integration of Nufer Medical AG into the ewimed Group was successfully completed and our new logistics and production center in Hungary started operations.
Sustainability as Responsibility

As a responsible company in the medical technology industry, we are committed to playing a pioneering role in sustainability. With our first comprehensive ESG sustainability report, which was published one year before the legal requirements, we create transparency and traceability for you as a customer about our sustainability measures along the entire value chain.
Through initiatives such as the conversion of the ewimed drainage set (Art. 50-7505) to certified paper packaging, we promote resource-saving processes and assume responsibility – both for the environment and for our partners in the healthcare sector.
